PsychoTortoise Return & Refund Policy

At PsychoTortoise, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products. Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To process your claim, we require:

  • A clear photo of the product showing the defect or issue
  • A photo of the packaging (if applicable)
  • Your order number

After reviewing your claim, we will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment (or 60 days for international orders), please reach out to us, and we will investigate the issue. If the order is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Cancellations & Modifications

Since each order is custom-made, we can only modify or cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
